Started reworking upper body to get ready for winter back country skiing with first big trip in 7 weeks (Dec 12). Targetting all endurance work...lots of reps with some overload work thrown in here and there.

I lost a bit of arm, shoulder and back muscle over the last few months as I was doing a lot of biking (love it!!), but with the biking I also built up my legs better than any other summer, so I'll take that trade.

If you read bicycle mag...on web..they give you ideas for upper body workouts...it’s like climbing the hills...no fun...lol

Thanks Mike for the tip...I'll look into it, I'm usually using TRX, Nordic Track Classic and small dumbells to do the trick. Yup ADWS, sometimes I pinch myself, very fortunate to live were we do, lots of outdoor activity opportunities.
