I weighed myself today after my vacation dalliances of ice cream, some potato chips, some french fries and a hamburger, etc., and I was absolutely shocked to see a weight LOSS!
I did well for a majority of the trip days and we did some walking - but, a LOSS?
I guess having one "free" day was not the end of the world. I suppose it could show up as a gain later this week...but, I am hoping not.
Later: SO happy to be home and back in control of what I eat and when I eat it - food diary back to "normal" today!
