I had done good all yesterday when the wife called said coming to take me to dinner ended up at a favorite hole in the wall fish place could have ate good they offer broiled fish but no i got the large catfish filet dinner i did get baked sweet potato instead of fries but they also bring baskets of hush puppies to the table oh my. Got up went to church need to hit gym having time getting motivated for some reason. helpppp!

They say the secret to success is making the right choices 90% of the time, and forgiving yourself for the other 10%. As long as you don't let the 10% lead you to eat poorly all the time, it's just a blip on the radar and you probably won't see it on the scale at all!

Your scale is moving down! Great work - and I agree with the 90% good choices and 10% not so good choices. just do the best you can and allow yourslef to be human sometimes - you can do well enough to lose the weight you choose to lose!

You are doing a great job, I hope you enjoyed the meal and don't let it be the thing that trips you up. Sometimes when you are not motivated you just have to get up and go. You can do it!!

Just be reasonable in your expectations of yourself. Hush puppies and fish does not a failed diet make. =)
