Hello Everyone - I hope that everyone had a great weekend. Today is alive day 302 - still just so blessed to have this opportunity. I had a bonus day off for Columbus day. My wife and I went to the local spa for massages - it was a birthday gift for her and we finally got to opportunity to go. It was nice to just relax and hang out. Life is really stable right now - weight - energy - attitude (well mostly) WOE. I got my labs this morning in anticipation of my follow on visit with my endocrinologist...well that got canceled. next face to face is February. the nice part is while I was talking to the Receptionist (who was very diabetic friendly) made a note that I wanted to review my insulin intake and lower it to avoid the mid morning crash. The Doctor is going to review my labs and then get with me via secure messenger. I am really grateful that things are going well...I just have to keep learning and being willing to adapt. Late posting today so I am going to get a cup of coffee and a carb free (or low carb) snack. It is a gym night so I will have to load in a few calories with protein.
