Woke at 216.4, down 1.4 from yesterday. More flushing of coffee and water today! UPDATE: Fasted until 3 pm and then ate some celery and natural peanut butter. Stuffed and Denise making steaks at 7. I'll force one down! UPDATE: Weighed in at 6:30 and hit 215.8, showing some bulk left in my gut. Time for steaks!
