A family favorite:). Before surgery I used 16# or so I’d ground beef and made up chili, taco soup and tacos. Also cooked several packages of chicken breast for fajitas, chicken and noodles and chicken noodle soup. I think I went overboard because we’ve had chicken and noodles once (still have a gallon bag of chicken left and half a container), chili twice (another favorite of theirs- I dislike chili), taco soup twice and tacos once. If it’s still cold tomorrow I’ll make chicken noodle soup :). So easy when the meat is already cooked and ready to throw in!
