Haha I totally missed ‘the finger’. It would be awesome to see you two side by side in the same picture. See the differences D’s extra years of lifting have made and where someone Chris’s size (height and frame) compares with all his recent hard work. Too bad it wouldn’t help me as I don’t have all that lovely testosterone 😝. You both have done a wonderful job of getting fit!

From when I began in 2000 to 2005 or so to reach this muscularity. I'm finally back to that shape and plan on besting my best shape.

Great job! "Patience, perseverance and hard work" that means we have to wait 10-20 years, and we want to have the body of our dreams with a few months of exercise 😐🤣

That fact is that not many people will reach your level of dedication. You demonstrate what can be accomplished and your post are inspirational. I'm so glad that we have a mix of people here that includes you. Sometimes when people like myself make it to maintenance, we tend to think the challenge is over. It's not, it's a new starting line. If this web site is good for you, I know that I can continue use this site to help me with my maintenance and fitness...

Thanks for the kind words! I remember when I would see a muscular guy at the gym as a novice and thinking that was impossible for me. Now I am that guy for some. The advantage of a forum is I can help others. At the gym, no one is really going to come up to me to ask questions. I love to help people get over the growing pains of this journey. And yes, this website is amazing for tracking intake/activity and being able to converse with others who have similar goals. Just knowing you're not alone, helps.
