Woke at 219.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. Will do power coffee for breakfast and lunch like yesterday and then meet colleagues after hours for a few drinks and probably chicken wings. UPDATE: Had four drinks but didn't eat anything when I got home. Still weighed 220.8!
