Woke at 217.8, down 1.8 from yesterday. Planning to fast until dinner. UPDATE: Had two 16-ounce coffees at work, one for breakfast and one for lunch. In each, I put a tablespoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of a combination of cocoa, collagen powder, and MCT oil powder. I had terrific energy to the end of the workday, especially considering I got 3.5 hours of sleep last night! And I'll be up until midnight tonight, so I will get 5-6 hours of sleep. I weighed 216.8 when I got home. I ate a chicken fajita for dinner and finished under 30 total carbs and 16 net. Also ate only 1051 calories. I have a happy hour business meeting after work tomorrow. I think the place has good chicken wings, or I'll just have a few drinks and then eat some steak later when I get home.
