No change. I think I have to radically change up what I am eating, get the idea out of my head that bread and potatoes are ok if I log them - they are too easy to overdo and they seem to just hang with me stalling my weight loss.
Going to shop tonight for salads and toss out some old rice that doesn't taste good anyway. Maybe it had freezer burn, as it's been in the freezer since 3 weeks ago.
Hope you are hanging in there on this rainy New England Tuesday! Good luck with the storm all you down South of here!

you don't have to radically change what you're eating. try cutting out 100 calories per day for a few weeks. drop another 100 cal if that doesn't work after 3 wks

I agree you should mix it up. Go for whole grains, brown rice, fish, chicken, pork, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. The more colorful the better!🇺🇸

I agree with the calorie aspect, but bread and potatoes really linger in me... they may be the same calories as a bunch of zucchini, but they leave my body a LOT less quickly.

Are you a blood type O? Those are “avoid” food for us because they are metabolic inhibitors. I loosely follow the blood type diet and it’s helped tremendously so I can still eat larger quantities without gaining lbs. I use to weigh in the 180s, I’m now low 130s and almost at my goal for a 5’3 person. Best of luck to you!
