Today is my birthday,so we are meeting my parents for dinner. I am planning on eating a chicken salad at the pizza place. My husband really likes the pizza there, so I am not sure what he is going to get. I am hoping something other than pizza. He has been eating better and working out, so I am proud of him. His birthday is on September 10th and my daughter's is September 4th, so it is a dinner for all of us. I have decided to lower my goal weight 5 pounds instead of 10. The last 10 are going to be the hardest to lose. I figure if I break it up, it will inspire me to get to the finish. Thank you for everyone's comments on my last post. It helped me figure this out.

Sounds like us. My birthday was Monday, my daughters is the 7th and my husbands is the 13th. :-) I agree, 5 pounds is a great place to start. Seeing the movement on the bar helps keep me motivated! You have done great and are getting closer all the time! :-)
