I hit my next goal weight today. Feeling good and proud. I am not the same person that I was when I first started this journey. I have learned to love myself and not listen to the negative thoughts that would go through my mind. My mind, body and soul have come such a long way. At first, it was lose the weight....got to lose the weight, but now I have learned that I just need to be healthy. Going from a size 22 to a size 10 is incredible. I know that if I continue on the same path, I will be able to reach my final goal weight.
