Woke at 217.4, down 10.6 from yesterday. Absolutely burned a path in the carpet to the bathroom last night as I dropped a ton of water. Flushing more coffee and water today. Em and some friends are coming over later for a pool party, but I'm going to soldier through and maintain the fast until Sunday night. UPDATE: Weighed in at 7 pm and got to 216.4. Em and the gang are not here yet, but the crack chicken is smelling good! Looks like a moonlight swim. UPDATE: Hosted eight young folks overnight and had a lot of fun. Helped to set out and clean up lots of snack foods but was not tempted.
