Draglist's Journal, 24 Aug 18

Woke at 228.0, down 2.8 from yesterday. Took a Lasix last night and moved out some water. Had to come into work today (usually telework on Friday), so I was not able to do Lasix again. Still going to start the 3-day water/coffee fast. Will take my next meal on Sunday night. UPDATE: Long day at work but got a lot done. Drank coffee and water only. Came home at 227.0. Popped two Lasix and some supplements and into the weekend we go! Denise made some beautiful steaks but I can only look at them! Will enjoy one reheated on Sunday night.
