Greetings my Freaky Followers!

So - I got my bodyfat measured by my favorite trainer this morning. It had been a whole year! In fact, the last time he had me at 30.3% BF. I remember being angry at myself because my lowest had been 23.8% BF when at my lowest weight and under goal.

But today - at the same exact weight as one year ago, my BF is down 1% - now this is not significant, but it means I am back on the right track again at 29.38%...my abs and thighs were lower measurement than last year, too.

Usually I measure BF with him every 90 days, but I lapsed because I had gained weight back and wanted to get down to last year's weight at this same time to make the comparison.

I will be lucky to see any movement on the Idiot Box this month though...

Note to self: 50-60%/30-40%/10-15%

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals:

* Down on the Idiot Box while retaining muscle by year end 2018 DOING
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer on August 22nd DONE
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2018/2019
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%)by early 2019
*Longer range body fat goal is 22%-24% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight by early 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
