No dinner entry for me tonight— just will peacemeal whatever is left in the fridge after my whirlwind cooking event. How about fruits nuts and a Coke.

I did the numbers on the meal I made and tried to come up with some values for what a “averaged sized” portion would be.
This is what I came up with.

NA— 546. Fat—- 43. Carb—- 8. Fiber—- 2.5 Protein—- 15.37 and 471 calories. Probably still too many carbs for some Keto people but.—- half of the carbs were in the actual cauliflower.
