Woke at 216.8, up .8 from yesterday. UPDATE: Worked all day, walked 3.0 miles and drank two cups of coffee and a large water. Came in the door at... 216.8! Onward! Had pork roast and cauliflower potato salad, plus some kalamata olives, Nordic nut bread, butter, and a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fun OMAD dinner.
