I had the best piece of news yesterday from the mom half of the dynamic duo that I did some weight control coaching for. After she successfully lost 175 lb. she went to school and became a certified life coach and now works for a health care maintenance organization here in SoCal. She called me last night to say that she has enrolled in a Afiliate Functional Medicine Practitioner Program. I am unbelievably thrilled and proud of her accomplishments.. Talk about some one who took the ball and ran with it.
