Look at it this way; your body is your “business” or your team and your mission statement, your goal, is to improve your health, control your weight and be a good example for your family. Would you “hire” yourself to manage your team or are you a B STRING player.. you deserve an “A” team manager. Suit up and get the job done once and for all.
