Woke at 215.0, up 6.4 since yesterday as a fabulous dinner at Tapas Spanish restaurant still sits with me! UPDATE: Fasted for most of the day but took my aunt to dinner at Longhorn to catch up. Ate a lot there, including the bread and a loaded baked potato. Did not weigh in again after that (no doubt it would have been higher than the waking reading). Waking weight was on my sister's scale, so no details. Keeping the numbers from yesterday. Calories a little closer to target but way over on carbs again.

Yeah... been there :) For me, I just can't have carbs after losing weight from a fast.

I assume that is a hydration thing. I gained 5lbs in 2 days by taking in extra salt and water, together with very little food. Mind blowing. Leads me to think that in order to enjoy a steady ride, some focus on daily salt intake is needed. My preliminary plan is to put two teaspoons of salt in a bowl in the morning, and consume that bowl that day. Salt amount may have to be adjusted till steady Water% numbers is found. To me it seems worth while doing, to avoid those mornings that hit hard. This is only a theory for me right now. Will see if it pan out in realityl over the next couple of weeks.

@Diddlee - Or just not worry about it :) Lately I feel the scale is really a lousy tool for determining weight loss :) I'm gonna mostly use calipers and measuring tape :)

Diddlee that is a good idea to measure out salt. I salt all my food but I really have no idea if I'm getting enough or too much. Especially when fasting since I'm not eating!
