Diea's Journal, 02 Jun 18

This month, I increased my workouts from 3 times a week to 5 times a week. I also have been trying to eat 1400 to 1550 calories a day. I think I might be there now. 2 steps of many to getting back in the weight loss wagon. #sotired #nopainnogain #growingpains

How is the 1500 calories going? I just decided to lower mine down too. I think with no carbs it won’t be hard but other wise it’s rough!

Hey breakbecca. I'm not gonna lie. It's difficult. My body usually resists to change, like the reduction in calories. I get headaches, and I get cravings that I have to control everytime I lower my calories again. Because of this, it takes a while to actually get to the goal. Sometimes it takes weeks - or like a month - to get down to my calorie goal. Now, in terms of carbs? That's something completely different for me. I am very unhappy without any carbs. I did 10% carbs twice, and it was only possible for like 2 weeks, with a refeed after the end of week 1. I feel like the carbs actually help me control my cravings, but I think it's because I am an endomorph. Carbs are good for my category. Everyone is different, tho. Some people love Keto, which is not at all appealing to me. Best of luck to you, breakbecca!
