Company for dinner. Wild Alaskan cod baked in a Myer’s lemon, butter and Chardonnay sauce and topped with a crushed Ritz cracker crust. Roasted red potatoes and carmalized cauliflower with a balsamic vinegar reduction. For desert, homemade chocolate donuts, baked. Used Valrona cocoa powder (aka Dutch processed cocoa.) I only made four. One for each of us. No seconds, no leftovers.now we are headed out to click off two miles before we have a coffee and donut desert. Tomorrow, just continue on with my normal life and my normal WOE. I do not serve meals family style. I make enough for the people eating and I serve it to my guests already plated. Again no leftovers and no seconds. The blessing is that that is what my frequent guest do as well when I gO to their homes to eat. We are all on the same page.

Tried to enter the donut recipe in the “cookbook”. What a cumbersome, worthless product. All I know is that if the breakdown is right, I’m going to be on bread and water for days while I either swim the English Channel or climb Everest just to burn off the calories. Will do some manual calculations another day.

I like to use Happyforks.com to calculate recipes. It's a great product except their default for an egg is duck eggs!
