Happy Mother's day! I have logged a bunch of stuff that I have been eating. Went to a children's piano concert where there were a lot of cookies. Which I thought I had accounted for but I ate 2 too many cookies. I eat a lot of volume - I think that is my downfall. My plan is to have a lot of volume stuff available. Low fat, whole foods. I have a lot of vegetables. Cutting, roasting, and portioning tonight. Tomorrow I am going to try sweet potato in the smoothie. I was looking at other people's food diaries for ideas and got the idea to add sweet potato for breakfast.
