I took my coworker and friend for "High Tea" on 07/11/12, to celebrate her Birthday and also the Queens Diamond Anniversary. It was really nice to be in that setting with others that love tea time and celebrating the history of High Tea. I have no idea how to enter the calories because it's bits and pieces of wonderful sandwiches, and desserts. More like "nibbles" of each item.
My food diary is all over the place and I didn't enter the those items in my journal for the 11th.
It is hot as hell here in Edmonton still and it looks like its going to contiue on through the weekend. Just miserable because theres no breeze...not a bit!
No idea how I'll do on weigh in Sunday morning but either way it was a good healthy food wise.. fun week.

....you have just given me the idea on how to treat myself this weekend! High Teas are the BEST!!!! Haven't done it properly in ages! To think that I didn't like tea til I was 22....unbelievable!!! Hers's to more fun weeks :)

That sounds great. On some occasions, screw the macros! Just stay concious and truthful with yourself and your body. Oh, and a cheat day once in a while is a GOOD thing! Boosts your metabolism for the rest of the cut that week. Good progress, keep it up!
