Woke at 212.2, up .8 from yesterday. Actually, I woke at 4:30 am and could not get back to sleep. Will try to nap later. I still have a few hours of fasting to go, so I may go lower in weight. No biggie either way. Measured blood ketones and got a 1.2 millimolar reading, so we are in ketosis. Off to the dentist for some work. Let's see if he can concentrate while looking at my black eye and bandaged forehead! Targeting 1500 calories at dinner. UPDATE: Dentist chickened out after seeing me. He said he didn't want to provide any more trauma to my head at this time. Works for me. UPDATE: Got a nap until 12:30. Weighed in again and down to 211.0. Jason's bringing me an Unwich tonight, so half of dinner is covered! UPDATE: Fasted until about 5:30, when Jason walked in with an Unwich sub! Ate some other good stuff, too, and went over calorie goal by 82. Weighed in at 212.2 before that. The post-nap weight is today's low. Also measured ketones before dinner and was still at 1.2, so was in ketosis all day. Denise and I are meeting a special friend and her husband for lunch and sightseeing tomorrow, so I will be eating early. I might have two meals depending on how I feel later in the day.

OMG thats what I get for not being around tons anymore one of my buds gets hurt...dont have a clue what happened but I hope your on the mend my dear friend huge hugs your way :)

Got worried when you mentioned lack of sleep. Got relief when seeing you fixed it with a nap. I tend to loose appetite control on sleep deprivation.
