No to shabby for the week, especially getting ready for today.....The Chiefs SuperBowl WIN......🏈🏈
I need to hit 1,000 calories burned prior to the game to keep the maintenance weight within range!! Possible bike 🚴 ride up the local hills!!

Gained a little, but according to the scale it was a muscle increase. Good 😌 News 😎😎😜
Staying with my 6 of 7 days a week WO program. Overall, feeling healthy & hoping to increase the strength!!
HIIT routine this morning: :30on/:30 rest/3 rounds each:
• Jump Box
• 5x Burpees...follow with Mountain Climbers
• SkiErg
• 20x Lateral Jump Over....MB slams
• ISO FM Cable Hold
Metcon-Assault Bike 15 minutes

First weigh in this week. A few ounces increase, but within expectations. Getting ready for the Super Bowl Party as the Chiefs are back-to-back! Probably need to lose a couple pounds prior....😆😃
Participated in a quiet HIIT class this morning ...... :25sec on, :35sec rest 3x

Okay 👌 Survived the weekend & burned plenty of Calories this morning 900+. WO definitely helped:
• Deadlift 4 x 12 (50% MAX)
• DB Chest Fly 4 x 12
• OH Plate alternate reverse squats 4 x 12
