Still recovering from shoulder surgery and finally can lift more than a cup of coffee ☕️. Actually did Deadlifts this week and came close to body weight 😎.

Let’s see if the next two weeks place me at 100% complete!!

Lost a few pounds, but luckily maintained the muscle mass. The workout yesterday helped with this as we did a Pre-Murph to prepare for Memorial Day.

I skipped the rope climb, as I am still cautious of the Shoulder. Let’s give it a couple more weeks.

• 4 Rounds
• 25x push ups
• 25x BWS —- 15cal Assault Bike (2x)
• 800m run
• 20x TRX Rows
• 1x Sled push
• 1x Farmers KB carry
• 1,000 Cals burned 🔥🔥

Eating a few Cals this week , but trying to improve on the muscle mass. Overall, feeling better and hoping Shoulder can speed recovery .... entering week 8.

Overall, my weight stayed the same , but the Shoulder Surgery evaporated the Muscle Mass & Substituted with Fat.

I am going after the Dr. & complain .... maybe 🤔 not!!

Time to find some Muscle 💪💪
