Well got started on the treadmill today and started with 20 min. Powerwalk with Matty (my favorite Peloton instructor) I finished the whole 20 min going from incline 1 to 3 throughs the walk. Started at 1.7mph and did the 1 min PowerTalk at the end of the session at 2.5 and finished it.
I still have to hold on to the bars (but very lightly) because my balance IS SO BAD right now. As things progress I'm sure I will let go more and more. The VERY FIT PRO that I wear is coming off today as I am finding out it is not that accurate at all. I bought a new Apple Watch 3 and it'll be here today. The VERYFIT worked fine when I got started a month ago, but now that I am consistent and into this I need things to be more accurate.
Had a good breakfast and did my 20 minutes on the tread and now I'm headed to the pool to do some more steps, running and stretching for 2 hours. Plan on starting to lift light weights with my arms later when I get back. Have a great day :0)

Well woke up at 5:30am today and was little sore from yesterday. It was HOT yesterday and I was working outside all day. Had a lot of breaks but still managed to get done what I wanted to. Usually don't weigh myself till Saturdays, but was so down myself that I supposedly gained 2 lbs when I was working out so hard that I decided to weigh in today also. Glad I did. It's back tot he pool today after a 2 day rest cause of my leg. Feeling good about my food and anxious for another week.

Went to bed really early as I was wiped out from the hospital and the medication. Slept 10 hours which was good as I feel better this AM and leg looks better too. Had a good breakfast and going outside to work in the yard till it gets too hot. Skipped pool yesterday and today to see if that sore will close up by not being in the water to keep it soft.

I don't get it? I'm moving 100% more than I have been and exercising everyday and now I have gained 2 lbs in 2 weeks. WTF!!
didn't do pool today or any exercise as I was in the ER all day due to the edema in my leg. Had ultrasound to see if blood clots and that was negative. Taking RX water pills so laying low for two days till all this build get drained.

Morning all 5 am is here!!! Started on the treadmill yesterday and sweated my ass off. Now I know why I love the pool...LMAO. Got two out to eats today (breakfast & Dinner) so really need to be careful what I order and going to do a little extra today because of it.
Going to start lifting weights today especially for my arms. Ordered swim weights that are coming today for my ankles so that I have more resistance in the water. Feeling pretty good and it's a new day...
