Well woke up early today and got started. Went to pool and did 10,000 before 9am. Plan on getting started downstairs today and work more on the treadmill and not so much pool. I worked me ass off last week and had a gain of 3 lbs I didn't record. Was so mad as I have been eating spot on and exercising everyday.
But I need to stay positive and keep moving forward. So I'm going to graduate from the pool little and see if I can burn more with the tread and working out in the basement. ON WARD...

Feel better today. Yesterday was very sore , more so than usual. Went to pool with intention to just do light, but ended up doing 10,000 steps anyways. Woke up at 5am today and feel a lot more energetic. Doing things around the house and some errands before swimming at 2pm.
Didn't log food yesterday as sometimes it's a hassle being at the computer all the time. But I got my food down and not worried so much about how many calories and stuff I'm counting on some days. I know veggies have carb, but they are good carbs and I'm going to stop tweaking out about romaine, cups, etc. Still no soda, bread, pasta, chocolate, candy, chips, etc for over 3 weeks now. Was weighing myself everyday and making myself crazy. So now I weight JUST on Saturday mornings and THAT IS IT. The rest of the time the scan is in the closet :0) Oh well up and outta here...

Feel very tried today and going to take the day off from the pool. Need 1 day a week to recharge and Sundays are going to be it. Went out to breakfast with Mary & Chris as our Sunday ritual.

Well I'm feeling pretty good and I had a nice conversation with Nick about meat and eating healthy. Going to swim early today and have a very productful day.
