Morning all 5 am is here!!! Started on the treadmill yesterday and sweated my ass off. Now I know why I love the pool...LMAO. Got two out to eats today (breakfast & Dinner) so really need to be careful what I order and going to do a little extra today because of it.
Going to start lifting weights today especially for my arms. Ordered swim weights that are coming today for my ankles so that I have more resistance in the water. Feeling pretty good and it's a new day...
