I made a few adjustments to make my WOE easier to follow. Raised my calories and carbs. Upped my exercise. Weight may come off slower but I might just get to my goal.
Didn't come through all the birthdays and Christmas unscathed. There were a few more birthday dinners I hadn't counted on but it's all good. That's life and I had fun.

Air fried rock fish with almond flour coating and Slap ya Mama spice and seafood seasoning. The one piece looks a little burnt but it's just the lighting. It really was browned.
