The mind is stronger than all other muscles put together. It is in charge of all muscles. Use your mind to take charge of all you want to do. You can do it, whatever it is. You just have to put your mind to it. You are strong enough to accomplish any and all things. Your mind is capable of things you cannot even fathom. Keep working hard. You will succeed!

When I get off track for a day by eating something I shouldn't or skipping a workout, I always feel guilty of course, but I start back by saying that just today I will do it right. Sometimes looking at how much change I'm working for is a huge amount of work and can be daunting, so I focus on just doing it right today. The right number and kind of calories and getting through a workout. I always end up feeling better after that workout and at the end of the day when I have succeeded. Then I do it again tomorrow!
We all have exactly what we need to do this. Sometimes it is harder than others to find it and use it, but it is definitely in there. Grab it and succeed for one day. Then proudly do it again tomorrow!

Stir fry breakfast bowl! 1 egg, 1 chicken sausage link, Brussel sprouts, sweet peppers, red & green onions, shredded gouda cheese, bacon bits. About 300 calories.
