Some days are easy and some are hard. The easy ones are just that...easy, but the hard ones, I have found are a little easier with a technique I came up with that works really well for me. When something is difficult or I have to get through a challenge, no matter how small or large, I picture myself in the future looking back at that moment. That moment in comparison to the rest of life is usually tiny which makes me realize that moment is much smaller, less significant. This takes the situation I was having trouble with seem so much easier to get through.

It can be as small as completing a cardio session or as big as an emotional hurdle in daily life. It works for me, hopefully it can help you too.

Have an incredible day and remind yourself of the health and fitness accomplishments you've made. It will encourage you to do more.
