I have lost enough to know when I get a win! I apply this to weight loss and life. I've lost so many times and things in life that it gives me the experience and wisdom to know when I am winning. Today I am winning!

we can change our addictions! After 13 years on sobriety, I've learned that many of my behaviors are the same, I've only changed what those behaviors are focused on. Instead of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, food, I have put the same energy and drive into exercise and eating right. I found out that my flaws were actually assets! I was just using them incorrectly. My drive, determination, dedication, etc. were all being used to achieve something negative. I decided to use those same characteristics toward a different goal. Self evaluation, health and fitness.
It has changed my entire life. So remember, no matter where you are at or what you are struggling with, you have the strength. Just change your addictions.

Granola w/ flax, low fat blueberry yogurt, fresh blueberries! Super delicious and crunchy. Nice start to a day.

Just do it! if you didn't do it last week or you didn't do it yesterday or you didn't do it today, STOP, and do it now! Now is the best time to start or make a change, to get better, to work harder, to give more or maybe to give less. Whatever it is that you need to do for yourself, stop and do it now. You deserve it.

Patience is so important. I want my results now but I have to be patient because it is a process. Once I see a result or a change, even if small, then it encourages me to do more. But patience is a huge factor.
