Ham and sautéed cabbage, carrots, onions, and garlic for supper tonight. I can totally feel the “tiredness” with the low carb intake lol. It’s worth it though. I’m slowly losing.... 😁

Reading a carb cycling book and I’m doing my best to follow it and to stay under my calorie intake on low days and staying on the line for normal days. I just read that I need to drop to 10g of carbs.... my question is how? Everything has carbs other than meat.... any suggestions? Also I seemed to gain. I know this is a slow process but ugh! Haha
