What is a low/zero carb snack? Any suggestions?

Low carb? Assuming that you check labels Pickles Olives Cheese Sugar free jello? Piece of lunch meat (labels) that wrapped in lettuce Fermented foods are low carb, longer fermented less carbs I make home made yogurt that has negligible carbs once done - and if you wanted it flavoured could add sugar free jello powder? Some jerky and or pepperoni sticks are low carb If you eat peanut butter (no sugar kind) small amount with celery can be low carb if you keep to small serving size. One of those small tins of tuna? Lemon dill etc. I guess it depends on what you are wanting to snack on too. I have used chocolate protein powder with much less water so that it is still fairly thick and put in freezer for 10-15 minutes and eaten kind of like ice cream? But when I do that I like to add 5 or 6 raspberries to it as well.

Oh my! Thank you so much for the different options! I will definitely have the peanut butter with celery!!! I could do a happy dance

Almond butter is great the all natural one with celery or a rice cake and it boosts metabolism
