Did the swim today and got some relief so hopefully will see a drop of below 88 tomorrow, though visited the buffet again today, so don't know exactly. Did much, much better than last time, but still had dessert and it was hard to calculate exact intake.

so much food yesterday at buffet...so hard to control one's self at those places...terrible set back. I go back tomorrow to same place...Curious to see if I can do better...

Luckily I did a lot of exercise yesterday...more than none that is...so even though I went over calories, I still managed to go down a bit. Slow, slow, slow I know...but it's just not fair how it goes on so easily and is impossible to get off!!

Yesterday I went quite a bit over calories. It is really hard for me to stick to a 2000 calorie daily intake. No wonder I'm over weight!

Slight increase. I think I was more over calories than it recorded yesterday, as dinner was out and couldn't be sure I accounted accurately. Drove a lot too. Will swim tomorrow
