Today work up at same weight as yesterday. Ate peanut butter and toast and a piece of roll cake, went back to bed and woke up at just before 9am. Had some relief....was building up for some time...didn't weigh myself again, but I expect to see some downward trend tomorrow if I'm not consuming large calories. No plans for meeting people and large food intakes. I'm so happy that jar of peanut butter is no finished!! I really felt I needed it, but I'm sure in wasn't friendly on the scales.

Not doing so well these days. Lots of stress eating and anxiety in general. I hope the travel to Canada planned soon will help to create a new space to work in.

yeah...what a drop! yesterday I read up about hormone based diets...especially if you have low testosterone and foods that are helpful to support testosterone and lower estrogen. I was so satiated and happy and though I even had a large handful of walnuts and 20 almonds and a glass of milk at 10pm, I dropped significantly. let's see how this goes. will try to buy pumpkin seeds today.

huge jump up again. swam this morning so hopefully will see some results tomorrow from that. i think it was the large amount of gimchi I ate yesterday that is so salty. but also the lunches and eating out a lot. tracking constantly is hard and counting calories, but certainly something I need to do to bring awareness to my situation. very hard to do when so many external food meetings.

Not much loss, but it was a buffet for lunch yesterday. Today too I have a luncheon at Hilton hotel. I was going to try and avoid it, but have to meet my friend. I'm sure it's a steak style lunch. So hard to avoid food related events!
