Yup, went over cals and carbs. Just so disappointed about the freakin weighin today, I figured okay, I’m having the mousse so I made it and ate it all. So now I’m going to do the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM fast starting Monday. I’m cooking tomorrow for Abbie and Bren (daugh and her boyfriend). Going to “maybe” get in another walk today. Right now I am so stuffed. But dinner was yummy.

I’m so completely washed out. After I got the kiddo on the bus at 8:00, I came right home and made some eggs. Then I just laid down on the couch. I didn’t get comfy so got in my bed and didn’t get up until 2:00. I fried two more eggs and then just walked the dogs to the mailboxes about 1-1/2 blocks, and back. Ughhh kinda hot already. Back at the house and feel like someone drained every ounce of energy I have. And I weighed, with clothes and shoes, back up to 210. I suppose my clothes can weigh 5 lbs, plus iPhone in my pocket so I won’t get too alarmed about that. I believe the Simple Truth cage free organic eggs are also less carbs. Not sure eggs can actually have a difference in flavor but I think I’ll buy the brown eggs from now on. Ugh. My mouth tastes terrible but I’m not around anybody to ask if my breath is bad. I’ll assume it is.
