Yup, went over cals and carbs. Just so disappointed about the freakin weighin today, I figured okay, I’m having the mousse so I made it and ate it all. So now I’m going to do the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM fast starting Monday. I’m cooking tomorrow for Abbie and Bren (daugh and her boyfriend). Going to “maybe” get in another walk today. Right now I am so stuffed. But dinner was yummy.
