I’ve been doing doing doing. Got up early and went to the family’s house where I take care of the autistic child. Got him ready for school and breakfast and on the bus. Came home, walked my little guys and then went back out to try to catch a little Chihuahua running around our neighborhood. No luck but I’m pretty sure he lives in my subdivision.Oh yeah, I had to make myself eat eggs at like 5:30 this morning because that’s what’s recommended on the egg fast. So day two on egg fast. Then I got my garden apron and gloves on and cleaned some messes and weeds in the backyard. Plus I had walked earlier before kiddo’s bus came. Trying to get him walking everyday. So I’ve been moving and taking garbage bin out, full of aloe vera that I dug up. Been sooo busy. Going to boil eggs and have egg salad. Maybe on lettuce? On egg fast?

Look at me go! Getting more and more steps each day. If the little guys can keep up, we’ll increase our distance. Problem is the baby Maltese, who barely weighs 5 lbs, really just can’t go that far. But, I have a plan.

Eating all this fat drove my calories way up. I’m just so confused and discouraged. I’m doing the egg fast so is that why my cals went way u? At least my carbs are down. I’m going to hang out in my living room for a bit and then lock everything up and snooze. I’m super tired which could possibly mean I’m getting to ketosis??? Idk, just lost my energy suddenly. New day tomorrow.

So, I have a thermos that I drink tea out of, every day, all day. I just looked up if there were any carbs in iced tea. Uh, yeah, there are carbs. I had no idea. I'm sure I'm getting a lot of carbs a day from my unsweetened tea. WOW! I didn't know. So, out with the tea, I'll fill it with electrolytes water and flavor the water. Or, I believe I can have carbonated flavored water. I'm astonished really, about the tea. Anybody besides me not even know that?? This might explain so much.
