I did two 24 hour fasts this week and two 16 hour fasts. And after the first try, it wasn't so hard! I'm liking the results yielded too. :-) I'm curious to try two consecutive fasting days in a row except I take medication that must be taken with food. So I'll have to stick with my non-consecutive 24 hour fasts. Thanks to Draglist and Carmen1098 for guidance on fasting!

Today's my first 24 hour fast day courtesy of what I've read by Dr. Jason Fung. Nothing but tea and water for the next 24 hours till dinner time. Wish me luck!

I've been sick this past week so I haven't been as active or exercising. Yesterday I weighed in early to find I was at 158; today it's 158.4 so it's still a modest loss from last week. I plan to get back up to speed this week with exercise.
