All machines at Anytime Fitness, walked 2.4 miles which included .33 miles in gym. Blood work for kidneys bad and Glucose up for the first time in my life. Making changes today.
at gym for 1 hour 18 minutes. 40 sit ups.
Plan ...lose a bunch of weight ..like 20 and exercise like I used to and hope for the best. Eliminate all oils, animal products, go low protein, stop salt and salt substitute.

Action plan: no flour, no sugar, no free oils, no added fat other than soy turkey. Two AA meetings on line, one OA at 5 today. Call Sponsor. Glad I get to be seen today rather than viewed.

Talked with Katie at Anytime Fitness. Will meet with her next Friday at 11 to discuss food plan and exercise commitment.

Write a food plan everyday, do not vary, send it to Tania. Do not commit to eat something you really do not want.
Weigh and measure without exception. No flour no sugar. Have at least two salads everyday for volume.
Exercise every day. Walk or work out. Call 3 women in OA everyday.
Avoid slippery places for instance.....Publix on Wednesday afternoons after meeting. Keep a tea bag with you
Do the 7 things everyday that AA recommends.
