woke at #202, just holding the line, still under goal, but a piece of pumpkin pie is calling my name, HOLIDAZE are fast approaching many many party's to cook for and attend, our next one for 500 ppl this next Friday then off for a week, DO N my annual Christmas party for my pickle ball friends, December 17 capping it at 125 ppl this year, having at a friends house as I ran out of room, Life is GOOD and I'm DO N OK!

Woke at #203, went to a Thanksgiving meal last night, I know I ate a LIL to much still #12 under goal, going into HOLIDAZE I need to be, Getting ready for Friendsgiving at college serving over 1000ppl next week, then off for a week for Turkey week , but DO N Prime rib this year for at home with family and I'm DO N OK so far.

Woke at #201 STILL Holding and Holding, but that's OK, Been very busy this week, Everything PUMPKIN at college, CraZY Dayz ahead, finall opening next week to new and special menus, with a new chef and Monday going to West Palm chefs meeting for a Turkey day meal, and I'm DO N OK!

Woke at #201, what the heck, been seeing trainer and watching carbs,walking 5-7 miles a day cleaning day in kitchen as I have to go to a Culinary Professional learning class tomorrow in downtown Miami, negative side is take 2 hours to get home unless you pay premium tolls of 12.50, and then still not that fast1:45 minutes, and life goes on, and going to Halloween party tomorrow night, should be fun! Boo to everyone and I'm DO N OK!

Well woke at #201, was at a wine and cheese party last night at Berries in the Grove for a Miami Chefs meeting, had a friend from Canada join me last night. have Broward chapter chefs meeting on the October 26. Today making Pizza's and pie, Key lime, banana cream, apple and cherry. Have Dr's appointment so just black coffee today, yuk, get blood test today so no Food till later, trainer comes tonight, hopefully leg day my arms still hurting from gym on Monday or was it the wine tastings last night, nay, drank water. Hopefully hold out today till 3:30 with just water and no food otherwise have to come again, and I'm DO N OK!
