Woke up at #198, Was very surprised, as I ate 2 ice cream cups yesterday , I usually don't eat that stuff, but big parties are over, at last minute was told 500 extra people coming, I told them they don't get to eat as food was made for 1500 ppl, so it was a interesting morning yesterday to say the least and life goes on and I'm DO N OK kinda, very tired today, clean up day!

Woke at #199, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY, I'm in ONDERLAND,its been 4 years YIKES ! AAHHH, I'm sure it will be brief as my body does not like it here, but AAHH for a short visit. Did not plan to go there, but hey a visit once in a while is fine, I'm sure I will be going back to Kansas soon, Big Parties today and tomorrow, probably stress weight loss, and I'm DO N OK !

Woke up #200 on the nose, I have my Valentine parties at Miami Dade fairgrounds tomorrow 200 ppl for breakfast 1000 ppl for lunch for 2 days straight, will be exhausted Friday, but hey we got Monday off as it is a holiday. Hope all is well, feeling better after a week on steroids, still not up to par. Ate some ice cream yesterday, didn't taste as good as I thought it would and I'm DO N OK

WELL WELL going down, I'm sure will not Visit ONDERLAND as they don't like me there. Not that I have been trying to. I think it is stress from getting ready for 3000 ppl this coming 14 and 15, the other day they also added a VIP breakfast for 2 days, so another kink in the way, we will pull through it. Our students from the school WON the Universal Studios Handheld food competition this last week, Student's won around $7500.00, Very happy for them, and we move on. ? Have not been feeling the best, other than that, I'm DO N OK !
