Got 2 parties tomorrow, and next day, 1000 each that I'm getting ready for, plus VIP breakfast then transport all to Miami Dade School fairgrounds, I'm already tired and 2 more DayZZZ to go, I can do this, If I get 10 hours sleep next 2 dayZZZ will be a miracle. I can only hope I don't stress eat, as is my down fall. And Life goes on and I'm DO N OK, well not really this week so much!But will let you know!

Woke at #207, was surprised as I had steak and asparagus last night for dinner and an omelet for lunch, did not eat all the steak, bought the 13oz, ate 1/2, my son ate other 1/2, was just not that hungry, sticking to strict KETO as it works for me. small Delima, still have extra skin, talked to surgeon, said because of my old age and extra health issues would not recommend excess skin removal, mainly in stomach, sides, said might have 5-7#s extra. So Yucky, would like to have it gone, but guess I will just have to live with it, and Life goes on, and big parties this week at Miami Dade fairgrounds. Will see how it goes, And I'm DO N OK!

Woke at #208, seems like the weight is SLLLLLOOOWWWLLLYYY coming off, my old body taking longer, to loose, I'm under goal, yesterday walked over 19,000 steps, at work, a lot going on, still have not opened college cafeteria, but I'm not in charge, just chef instructor, need to buy food today or maybe tomorrow for events next week, Kinda getting anxiety as I know will not get much sleep, after next Tuesday as race will be on!And I'm DO N OK Today!

WOKE #209 same as before, HHHMMM might need to tweak a little, Walked over 13,000 steps yesterday and trainer back, I'm DO N more stretch exercising, as this old body does not work to good. I have some big parties next week for 2 dayzzz over 1000 each day was just lunch now they sent me email late last night also want 2 breakfast each morning, OUCH, that's going to leave a Bruise,I will need to make new travel arrangements etc for all the foods. So I know I will be out of it, sounds like getting up at 2 am and off to work every morning, and I'm kinda DO N OK ! let you know later.

Woke at #209, was very surprised as I thought I ate a lot yesterday, but did play pickleball for a while, then rained, was going today but still raining, not much going on, during week staying OMAD, seems to get thing moving but slowly, but surely, and I'm DO N OK !
