Dr told me that 90 grams of protein is way too much and as I suspected well. The excess protein will go to fat. She has also confirmed metabolic syndrome based on my medical results. She said to follow a blue zone diet for health. I won’t bother with that dietitian again because of her nutty advice. The doctor has her own meetings weekly for weight management etc that I will tune into. Maybe I consider this blue zone diet.

Average 1400 calories a month and lose a whole whopping 2 lbs. I am just beyond fed up. The scale said 173 at my friends and back up to 176 here. I am NOT eating enough to be so heavy. I just hate days like today. All this obsession over food and diet for what?!!
