Had 4 cups watermelon, 1 grapefruit, handful blueberries, 2 Brazil nuts yesterday. I think that my rapid weight loss is from having, after my 1 meal a day, 2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, as well as a extreme low cal. diet & exercise helps and I am taking vitamins & minerals and a combo of natural herbal type health supplements. Anyway all is good and good day & good luck to all. Cheers

Ate 3 cups of awful cauliflower curry, 1 grapefruit, 4 oz. salmon, handful blueberries and 2 Brazil nuts yesterday. probably just eat grapefruit and watermelon today. Cheers

Ate 1 small grapefruit, 4 cups watermelon, handful of blueberries and 2 brazil nuts. Hope to be at 190lbs tomorrow, but "hope springs eternal" which doesn't really make sense. Anyway, Cheers

Yea, ate one small grapefruit and about 5 cups of watermelon yesterday. Definitely not dehydrated. So all is good. May eat same today to see what happens. Gotta go, cheers.
