Yesterday had a sliced cucumber , bob Evans Cobb salad with 2 packs ranch , pork butt end butt 3/4 pound , Coke Zero , water ice cream cone -
Very active day yesterday - most pounds hanging around the gut -

yesterday - barbeque ribs 2 bones, 2 slices beef brisket , tried all the sauces , just a little, slaw vinegar based with a little mayonaise and hot spice, salad bob evans for dinner and 1 full pork steak (barbecued )
Ice cream cone for desert -
Did a lot of warehouse work yesterday, people on vacation, plenty of exercise -
Thanks ches, draglist,rebecca, tomlong,proudmomma,momma6224,and the list goes on - Not forgetting about anyone that has helped me through to this point -
Nobody is forgotten -

I wanted to include a picture today - not at the low weight but here is one /
Barbecue is great but eating too much - got to eat a few more good carbs a day especially for ruffage - candy and ice cream are also culprits - I feel I've earned it ( really) ? Lol -
I am accomplishing 1 goal at s time in the work front , sleeping well , family doing good , kaos is calming down quite a bit -
Sons girlfriend is doing well after broken arm and leg -
I have started eating stirfries yesterday , no ice cream today , got my whipped cream , getting more cucumbers and tomatoes , chicken that have always helped me along -

Yesterday - 1 huge pork steak - part for breakfast part for lunch - rotisserie chicken 1 pound probably - onions piccles / 1 beer - 2 ice cream cones diet soda - not enough good carbs - no worries - an active weekend planned -getting whipped cream for sweet tooth instead of ice cream - 1 carb of sugar - eat with almonds , or blueberries , and have killer hot chocolate mix , sweet salty to add or hot chocolate mix - no need to go without flavor or taste at all - I'm at a church get together this morning , so don't knock w food - I'd like to get a ruby Tuesday salad bar today and possibly Chinese buffet with shrimp , green beans , cabbage , codfish , unsweetened tea or diet soda water , but we'll see what materializes -
Probably fluids and a snack for breakfast . no eggs in house -probably grab some lunchmeat ham , pickles , some celery or tomatoes to get me going this morning -
Clean out part of garage today, family getting ready for school , sons girlfriend doing better with broken leg - thanks for prayers -
Very happy and blessed to be hanging around this weight - I have cut out out almost all sugar but ice cream , bread , milk I miss , pasta and pizza once in a while and very few sauces which full of bad carbs -
Maintenance and less 10 are goals -
I need to get to 199 before making next goal -
