Day 2 - 15 day challenge - took a couple ice cream bars to the mouth but came came out swinging on the recumbent bike -
The post missed most of the names of people to thank yesterday but I wanted to post 2 day loss now - I want to thank also today but later -
I am one that knows challenges get me going - I have to keep it up daily so not to add on the extra pounds or to accomplish other goals -
Ate 1 steak 12 oz , 2 black angus burger , 1/2 Walmart salad with ranch , 2 ice cream bars , diet soda Coke Zero , plate of broccoli , butter , chicken leg quarter grilled ( I did )- I eat as hungry and through the day -
I spied some green peppers in the kitchen and thinking of stuffed peppers today , probably salad bar also with friends tonight -
MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU ALL AND YOU CAN DO IT - GOD BLESS

1st day of my challenge to the 15th - 195 - good day yesterday - coke zero - pepperoni sticks from rural king 4 handfuls (love it) come in beanie weanie size sticks - 2 black angus burgers dry - 2 stalks celery - 2 hardboiled eggs - I eat when I'm hungry - I am fortunate to have leeway when I can eat -

Se my sights on 195 by 9/18 - messed up with ice cream , beer and stress - no need for that right now - was at 192 but 195 will suffice -
Weight came back up and know it -
Attacking it 2 weeks , don't blow it -
Not to worry it'll happen -
In that time frame fingers will be a snapping -
If not , that's okay ,
For it will happen in 1 of the next few days -
I'll feel better as far as legs and stomach -
My fist pump in the air say I done it -
Maintenance hardest for me -
Wasn't included in the leaves on that tree -
Join me for these next 2 weeks -
Excitement abounds in my smile between my cheeks -
Good luck and strength to all -
We will get up after we fall -

Weighing in tomorrow - scared but real - I still am way down and eating same stuff worked better for me but I got bored - real problem - so proud of everyone - goals hit - some loss now , maybe not but coming - going over my posting when I was doing well or better to get to same mindset - need to sleep better and I have a new challenge - going to wash D.C. To meet with a friends friend in 2 weeks then in to Richmond for race nascar - I'm excited - I want 195 or better - weighing in each day starting tomorrow - MUCH SUCCESS TO ALL OF YOU - GOD BLESS -WHEN NOT IF -YOU CAN DO IT

Hey Hey Hey,
having a better day
now that I can post ,
didn't have no toast,
my mom in law made famous cabbage soup,
full of everything to make you (you know what rhymes with soup)
it's loop of course lol,
cabbage, beans, onions, water, hamburger, yabba dabba dew ,
and bowls I had a few -
had a bowl of ice cream last night,
daily ritual now not to fight ,
did some walking last night I did,
it kept me from opening any other lid -
diet soda did a call,
I enjoy 1 or 2 and have a ball -
I hope everything good with you ,
this poetry stuff could eventually go askew ,
be ready when it ends ,
I hope I don't lose no friends,
The workout folks are lookin good,
the calorie counters are doing what they should,
the vegans
are not putting up with any shenanigans,
the keto people are excited
and not feeling slighted,
whichever way you have success,
repeat repeat repeat it might make you go senseless,
but again all food is fuel,
we change it to hot,cold, liquid or noodle,
we try to make it taste the best we can,
but we know we won't let it control where we stand,
smile smile smile in the face of adversity
laugh laugh laugh and you dont want no pity (richard pity) my friend mark calls him (race fans)
We can do this ,
tell your friends,
this journey or adventure,
never ends,
but the excitement will be great ,
when you get down a few pounds or to your goal weight,
you try to stay there if you can,
with a maintenance plan -
I am able to talk to a few of my friends in the near future now,
things are going good and getting done somehow -
